The Timberline
Building Description
What It Is
The Timberline is a fully enclosed steel barndominium shell with a distinctive triple-section roofline: a tall center gable flanked by two lower attached bays on each side. Bright white vertical steel panels, a bold black base band, black corner posts, and a dark metal roof create a high-contrast exterior that stands out on any rural or mountain property. Open side bays extend the covered footprint on both ends without fully enclosing the space.
What It's Built For
The stepped roofline naturally divides the structure into three functional zones, making it easy to plan separate uses for each section without interior walls doing all the work. Center section for living, side bays for equipment, vehicles, or covered outdoor work. Built with 14-gauge steel and engineer-certified to local wind and snow load codes. EMB provides the metal building shell only. Occupancy requires Risk Category II classification with stamped engineered drawings per local code.
