What It Is
The Canyon View is a fully enclosed steel barndominium shell with a color combination built to be noticed. Bold red vertical steel panels, a dark metal roof, and black trim and window frames create a sharp, high-contrast exterior that reads as permanent from the road. Barn-style wall sconces and multiple black-framed windows line the long face, keeping the building functional and well-lit.
What It's Built For
A roll-up garage door on one end handles vehicles or equipment, while the walk-in door keeps the living entry on its own. The long rectangular layout gives you a clean split between a shop or storage zone and finished living quarters. Built with 14-gauge steel and engineer-certified to local wind and snow load codes. EMB provides the metal building shell only. Occupancy requires Risk Category II classification with stamped engineered drawings per local code.
