Building Description
What It Is
The Frontier is a wide-span steel barndominium shell built for properties that need serious working space alongside living quarters. It features white vertical steel panels on the upper walls with a dark brown wainscot band along the base, dark trim throughout, and a dark metal roof. A large center equipment bay sits open and ready for drive-through access, flanked by a roll-up garage door on one end and an open lean-to on the other.
What It's Built For
This shell works best when your build plan calls for a shop, barn, or equipment storage on one side and finished living space on the other. The wide open center bay handles full-size tractors, trailers, or livestock with ease. The lean-to adds covered outdoor workspace without enclosing it. Built with 14-gauge steel and engineer-certified to local wind and snow load codes. EMB provides the metal building shell only. Occupancy requires Risk Category II classification with stamped engineered drawings per local code.
