The Lone Pine
Building Description
What It Is
The Lone Pine is a fully enclosed steel barndominium shell with a wraparound covered porch that runs the full front and side of the building. Cream vertical steel panels sit above a black horizontal ribbed wainscot band, with black steel column posts framing the porch perimeter and a dark metal roof tying the whole look together. A roll-up garage door, walk-in door, and fixed windows are all tucked under the covered overhang.
What It's Built For
The wraparound porch is the standout feature, adding covered outdoor living space on two sides without adding square footage to the enclosed footprint. It works equally well as a front porch entry, a shaded equipment staging area, or an outdoor work zone. Built with 14-gauge steel and engineer-certified to local wind and snow load codes. EMB provides the metal building shell only. Occupancy requires Risk Category II classification with stamped engineered drawings per local code.
