What It Is
The Legacy is a fully enclosed steel barndominium shell that stands out on any property. Dark charcoal vertical steel panels, a tan upper gable accent, and a bold cobalt blue metal roof create a color combination that reads as permanent and intentional from the road. A covered open lean-to wraps the front corner, supported by steel columns and finished with a matching blue roof, giving the building a layered, estate-style presence.
What It's Built For
The covered corner lean-to is ideal for an outdoor living area, a covered entry, or a shaded equipment zone right off the main structure. The large opening on the main face gives you flexibility for an oversized garage door, a glass panel wall, or a wide workshop entry. Built with 14-gauge steel and engineer-certified to local wind and snow load codes. EMB provides the metal building shell only. Occupancy requires Risk Category II classification with stamped engineered drawings per local code.
