What It's Built For
This shell is made for buyers who want living space and work space under one roof. The covered porch is ready for a front entry or mudroom build-out, and the tall gable end gives you clearance for a loft or vaulted ceiling. Built with 14-gauge steel and engineer-certified to local wind and snow load codes. EMB provides the metal building shell only. Occupancy requires Risk Category II classification with stamped engineered drawings per local code.
