This center storage building surrounds an enclosed 10-foot unit with covered open-air lean-tos on both sides and the front. The center unit is sealed up with horizontal panels, a walk-in door, and two windows. Three lean-tos run the perimeter with colonial arch frame-outs for a clean, finished look on every open face. Total footprint stretches 35 feet wide by 27 feet deep. The whole structure is engineer-certified for local wind and snow load requirements.
